TM Kindergarten does not operate independently,but is invested by TM Group to support its operation,and its essence is a welfare business.Therefore,there are many limitations in its development process,such as fees,institutions,etc.,corresponding to the Kindergarten's The competitiveness is relatively weak and cannot be independently developed.In 2017,TM Kindergarten was acquired by Nobel Education Group,and its development has become a market trend.This article adopts the literature method in the analysis process,thus clarifies the theory of strategic management.In addition,it also discusses and analyzes the school development strategy theory,and uses these two theories as the theoretical basis of this article.Firstly,this paper makes a clear definition of the status and creation background of TM kindergarten,then analyzes the development process of the kindergarten,and obtains the factors that hinder the development of the kindergarten,and makes clear the task of this kindergarten.In this paper,a variety of analysis tools are used in the analysis process,such as PEST analysis and SWOT analysis.Based on these analysis tools,a detailed analysis of the kindergarten's internal and external environment can be conducted to understand the existence of the kindergarten in the market competition.The advantages and disadvantages of the kindergarten,so as to ensure the correct positioning of the kindergarten,and its future direction of development.Through the SWOT analysis,the kindergarten development strategy is analyzed in detail from the perspective of strategic positioning,so that it can formulate targeted optimal development strategies based on the actual situation of the kindergarten: expansion strategy and reversal strategy,impact on TM The analysis of the factors in the implementation of the kindergarten development strategy enables the adoption of appropriate measures in advance.The results obtained in this study can further improve the theory of enterprise kindergarten reform.In addition,the future development direction of state-owned enterprise kindergartens can be clarified.This study can provide examples of successful transformation of enterprise kindergartens,and can further clarify the future of state-owned enterprise kindergartens in Taiyuan City.The direction of development is to achieve the goal of effectively awakening the educational resources of kindergartens and improving the quality of kindergarten education.
