As the main force of private economy,family enterprise has become the important foundation of our country's economy and society,the sustainable and healthy development of family enterprises is closely connected with the future development of our economy.As a typical family enterprise,KL takes a certain share in Yunnan market and has a certain influence in the industry after years of development.But with the domestic economy entering a new normal,a slowdown in economic growth and the booming development of electronic commerce and network economy,the real economy was impacted,and the market competition environment KL faced is more cruel.And at present there are many problems inside of the organization that are not compatible with the development of the company.Therefore,facing this series of problems,KL urgently needs to make organization system reform,in order to regain the vitality of development and win the competitive advantage.Based on making an overview of the background and situation of family business development,this paper carry out a more detailed analysis of the overall management status and capacity of KL company by mainly using the financial analysis method,and investigate the status of the company's organization system through questionnaires and interviews.And we find that the organization system has some problems on the aspects of corporate governance model,organization architecture setting,management system,human resource management,corporate culture construction and so on.In order to find out the train of thoughts on the organization system reform of KL company,we still further analyze the causes of these problems.In this connection,on the foundation of making clear the problems and causes of the organization system,the author design a more complete scheme of organization system reform and put forward a series of safeguard measures for keeping the organization system reform going well,based on such elements as governance model,organizational structure,management system,human resources management and organizational culture.It can help ensure that the company is better able to adapt to the changes in the environment,and also can enhance business ability and keep sustainable and healthy development.
