Family enterprise is the earliest corporate form in the commercial market, and plays a significant role in the market economy. In China, after nearly twenty years of rapid development, family enterprise has become an important part of the national economy. In recent years, however, the family enterprise as a whole has encountered with the difficulties in development issues, the brain drain is one of the important reasons. All along, the study of family enterpriseis focused on optimizing the structure and reforming the institution, but little attention is paid to talent management, especially to the impact of the relationship between the organization and employee on turnover.Numerous studies show that organizational justice, organizational commitment can produce a significant impact on employee turnover intention. Currently, however, domestic scholars relatively have little research on the turnover intention. The study on the turnover intention in family enterprise, and the impact of organizational justice and organizational commitment on it is even more rare. This article will start from the theories of organizational justice, organizational commitment and turnover intention, try to figure out the current status of them in family enterprise by the of questionnaire survey, to further explore the relationship between the three.On the basis of previous academic studies, organizational justice is divided into three dimensions of procedural justice, distributive justice and interactive justice, organizational commitment is consisted by emotional commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment. This article will study the relationship between the various dimensions and their impact on turnover intention.The objects of the study are the employees in family enterprise, and the sample covers Beijing, Chongqing, Shandong, Liaoning and other places. We will first complete the reliability and validity test of the questionnaire by small-scale test, and then collect a large number of sample data through massive questionnaires. Data processing and analysis will be accomplished by SPSS software. Finally, the article will study the relationships among organizational justice, organizational commitment and turnover intention by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, analysis of variance, regression analysis and other methods.Results of this study show that in family enterprise, the three dimensions of organizational justice and turnover intention are negatively correlated, and distributive justice, interactive justice and organizational commitment are positively correlated. Emotional commitment and continuous commitment have a negative correlation with turnover intention. and the impact of organizational justice on turnover intention, and organizational commitment partially mediated play. And organizational commitment plays a partial intermediary role in the impact of organizational justice on turnover intention.
