With the rapid development of transport facilities and the increasing convenience,the gradual improvement of the people’s living standards,and the rapid increase in private cars,the birth of family tourism has been greatly stimulated,and the current form of self-driving tourism has become a new form of tourism.According to the development of transport facilities,the road between the country and the country is linked,allowing people of all countries to facilitate cross-border travel,visit foreign friends and relatives,and establish national-state friendship.Among them,Thailand and Malaysia are close and friendly neighbors,and they are all members of the Association of South-East Asian Nations.As the trade center area of ASEAN countries,both countries are also the southern economic corridor zone along the “One Belt One Road” strategy.Direct roads depart from Kunming,Yunnan Province,China,and pass through the Asian international highways of Myanmar,Laos,Thailand,and Malaysia in the five countries.The southern part of Thailand connects with the northern part of Malaysia.The two peoples have a long history of good contacts and close relations.This paper conducts surveys through interviews,questionnaire surveys,and self-drive tourism in practice.The main survey targets are cross-border self-driving tourists from Thailand to Malaysia,satisfaction with the public service equipment and facilities in tourist routes,and the development status of tourism routes.In order to promote and improve tourism promotion between the two countries and learn from each other’s country line management forms and forms of traffic management,we recommend to Thailand to improve the deficiencies,improve the quality of service in all aspects,and promote the development of sustainable tourism market development in Thailand.,High-quality welcome more domestic and foreign tourists to travel to Thailand.The study found that road construction in the first Malaysia,the forms of traffic management,the safety of the tourist routes,the signs of public facilities,and tourist routes were at a high level of development.The construction of roads in the second Thailand,the forms of traffic management,the safety of the tourist routes,the signs of public facilities and equipment,and the signs of the tourist routes are at an intermediate stage of development.The lack of relevant information on self-driving tours has caused inconvenience to tourists.As a Thai student studying abroad,the author tries to discuss how to improve the management of cross-border tourism in Thailand.I hope this paper’s investigation and research can provide relevant departments with inspiration and reference. |
