With the rapid development of mobile Internet and the abundance of mobile Internet information resources, mobile Internet users' information search behaviors, information utilization behaviors, and information sharing behaviors have increased. Therefore, mobile Internet users' information behavior has become a hot topic for current scholars.Domestic and foreign scholars study the information behavior of users under the mobile Internet from information demand behaviors, information search behaviors, information sharing behaviors, information utilization behaviors, and many other aspects, and build a lot of information behavior research models. However, the empirical research on user information utilization under the mobile Internet is relatively rare. The existing researches are mostly user-centered,and the research perspective is single, often neglecting the role of discourse in the process of information utilization. Therefore, this paper uses the social constructionist perspective to the mobile Internet.User information uses behaviors for empirical research. From the perspective of social constructivism, this paper constructs two levels of behavior construction and discourse construction. It divides behavior construction into two dimensions: mobile internet quality and user information requirements. It divides discourse construction into two dimensions: discourse quality and the credibility of discourse sources.Establish a structural equation model and empirically analyze the mechanism of each factor's use of information. This article takes the users who have had mobile Internet information utilization as the research object, and uses the structural equation model to conduct empirical research. The research results show that variables such as mobile Internet service quality, discourse quality, and the reliability of the source of the speech have positive positive effects on the mobile Internet users' information needs.Impact.The variables such as user information requirements, mobile internet service quality, and discourse quality under the mobile internet have a positive and positive influence on mobile internet user information utilization behavior. It is worth noting that the credibility of the source of the speech does not have a significant effect on the user's information utilization behavior. The reason is that the rapid development of mobile Internet, there is a large amount of information on the mobile Internet, which leads to users have to deal with and absorb a large amount of information every day,so users in the use of information, pay more attention to the quality of the discourse is to judge the discourse itself.Don't pay much attention to the source of speech.Second, from the perspective of social constructivism, the user's perception of the discourse subject will be affected by other factors, such as information literacy, cultural factors, and psychological factors.Under the combined effect of multiple factors, the information utilization of mobile Internet users The behavior will be affected.Based on the results of empirical analysis, this study proposes relevant suggestions on how operators, enterprises, and users can better use mobile internet user information utilization behavior. The innovations of this study include: First, based on the relevant research, this paper explores the mechanism of the information use behavior of mobile internet users from the perspective of social constructivism. The second is that in the study of the mobile internet information behavior mechanism, this article attaches importance to the role of discourse, and explores its influence on mobile internet users' information utilization behavior from two perspectives: the quality of discourse and the credibility of the discourse source.
