Nowadays, the Mobile Internet is gradually permeated various fields of people’s life and work. The rapid development of mobile Internet industry, as well as business decisions and competitive landscape in business area. The development of mobile Internet industry has just started in our country, there is a gradually increase in the number of mobile Internet users, along with a increasing number of digital devices adding to the network. The new trend and new consumption patterns also continue to produce within the merging of traditional industry and Mobile Internet, and in the process of old and the new change, huge business opportunities will emerge. However, when the mobile Internet business design business model, they rarely consider business model building from the perspective of user information behavior rule.From the current mobile Internet related research results at home and abroad and the research limitations, this paper defines the concept of business model, describes the design method of business model, innovative style and typical mobile Internet business model. Then this paper summarizes the typical mobile Internet users information behavior and classification of user groups, proposed the mobile Internet business model based on user information behavior. At the same time, take travel network as an example, with analysis of its business model, implementation and evaluation system in detail, this paper will make the reader have a more intuitive understanding of information based on users’ behavior of the mobile Internet business model design, implementation and evaluation method.
