Workplace Deviance Behaviors describe the behavior that employees spontaneously produce in the organization that have negative effects on organizations and individuals.Because of its serious impact on the enterprise,it has gradually attracted the attention of the academic community.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the deviant behavior of the workplace.This study takes organizational trust as an independent variable and job embeddedness as moderator to study the relationship between organizational trust,job embeddedness and workplace deviance.The three variables are organizational trust and job embeddedness.Based on the existing researches,based on social exchange theory,power dependence theory and psychological resistance theory,this paper constructs a theoretical model of job embeddedness to regulate organizational trust and workplace deviance.After that,the questionnaire survey method was used to investigate 300 employees in large enterprises,and 258 valid questionnaires were collected.Then,using SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 21.0 as the research tools,we carried out reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and hierarchical regression for the effective questionnaires.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,the hypotheses of this study are verified,and rationalization proposals for reducing employee workplace deviance are put forward,as well as the shortcomings of this research and the prospect for future research.The conclusions of this study are:organizational trust has a significant negative effect on workplace deviance and its sub dimensions of human behavior and organizational behavior deviation;job embeddedness has a significant negative effect on workplace deviance and its sub dimensions of human behavior and organizational behavior deviation;job embeddedness has an enhanced moderating effect on the relationship between organizational trust and workplace deviant behavior includeing its sub dimensions.
