| The 13 th Five-Year Period is the final stage of building moderately prosperous society in China.At present,China's economic development has entered a new normal,which transforming the impetus of economic development,promoting regional coordinated development is needed.As a consequence,five significant development concepts of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing has been put forward.As one of the three regional development strategies,strategy of Integrated development of Jing,Jin,Ji aims to treat Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei as an integrated area,then relieving non-capital functions of Beijing as the core,and optimizing urban space layout,transforming industrial structure,improving transport network facilities and public services,eventually obtaining tripartite wins of the whole district.The study of the coordinated development of Jing,Jin,Ji is based on the perspective of regional development strategy in our country.It is a new practice of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in regional development,following the ideology of seeking truth from facts and actively adapting to the new changes in economic and social development.From this perspective,it is not only the innovation on modes of regional development,but also significant for rest part of our country.Therefore,this paper systematically summarizes historical changes in Chinese regional policy since the establishment of country,and new concept and policy of regional development in the new in 13 th Five-Year period are analyzed.Then on this basis,the integrated development of Jing,Jin,Ji will be systematically studied,including the decision-making process,the necessity of cooperation,the opportunities and challenges,and the significance of the strategy. |
