The Research On Social Credit System Construction Based On The PPP Model

Now the national development and reform commission,ministry of 2016 finance actively promote the application of PPP model in the social infrastructure,as an important part of the social credit system construction,the PPP mode in promoting the construction of social credit system plays a very active role.Writing Angle of this article is from the government for the PPP pattern of successful use of perspective,from the literature at home and abroad combing,the research on the basis of fully,from the development of the PPP mode,the practice of successful use,for the Chinese government in the construction of society with the facing problems of the PPP mode,carried on the thorough analysis,and put forward based on China’s national conditions,China’s political financial system status to successful application of the PPP model of policy recommendations.The article selected the PPP pattern of successful use case as a breakthrough point,and thus,for all levels of governments promote the PPP mode,next to strengthen the construction of social credit system provides the model base,theoretical basis and practice basis.Draw lessons from successful cases,in completes the work of the construction of the social credit system from the perspective of three made a detailed elaboration,pointed out that as the dominant social credit system construction,our government must be scientific and reasonable design role positioning in the PPP mode,promoting the construction of social credit environment,promote the development of credit market in order to perfect the social credit system construction.
