Study On The Countermeasure Of Promoting Industry Transformation And Upgrading In Laicheng District Of Laiwu City

After more than 30 years of rapid development since China's reform and opening up to the outside world,contradictions and problems in China's long-term economic development began to emerge.There is an important trend new change.Economic recovery made slow progress.Overall economic growth is weak.Every level of government began to focus on finding new economic development modern and improving regional competitiveness.Undoubtedly,under the new situation speeding up industry transformation and upgrading is the most important means and the most fundamental motivation to promote economic development,which also must be done by every level of government.Laicheng District of Laiwu City is a typical inland resource city.The pillar industry of it is heavy chemical industry,which supports Laicheng District's economic development.In recent years centering on promoting industrial transformation and upgrading the Laicheng District government continuously optimizes the layout of industry,makes great efforts to create dominant industries,transform and upgrade traditional industries.However,honestly speaking,in the process of industrial transformation and upgrading,there is still the problems of inaccurate positioning of regional economic development,imperfect mechanism of industry development,insufficient support for industrial development elements,and the work-style of cadres needing to be changed.Using the methods of literature research,comparative analysis,systematic analysis,this paper studies the industrial transformation and upgrading of Laicheng District of Laiwu city.On the basis of summarizing related concepts and basic theories of industrial transformation and upgrading,it systematically analyzed the present situation and existing problems of Laicheng District of Laiwu City.Based on the successful practice of promoting industrial transformation and upgrading in Qingdao,Suzhou,and Ma Anshan,and led by the important strategy of new and old kinetic energy conversion put forward by Shandong Provincial Government,it put forward corresponding suggestions on speeding up industry transformation and upgrading,which includes defining the orientation of regional development,construction of omni-directional support system for industrial transformation and upgrading,and strengthening element support.I hope it can provide references for local governments in promoting industrial transformation and upgrading.
