Research On The M&A Performance Of Listed Companies In The Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry

With the rapid growth of science and technology and the acceleration of market pattern changes,the economic structure of the world will face another challenge,foreign pharmaceutical manufacturers to lead the world by increasing the number of mergers and acquisitions activities,thus increasing the scope of the company's business,the ability of enterprises to control the market.In recent years,there has been an increase in the number of mergers and acquisitions in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry worldwide,as well as an increase in the amounts involved.Mergers and acquisitions are carried out in order to broaden the direction of development,increase the scope of operations and enhance the capacity of companies.However,after the merger and acquisition can bring good effect to the company,there are many other factors involved,this article takes the Chinese pharmaceutical merger and acquisition Tianfang pharmaceutical industry as an example,after collating the relevant data on the pharmaceutical manufacturing merger and acquisition performance,the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry merger and acquisition motivation and performance analysis,with a view to providing reference for other enterprises in the industry.The Chinese medicine and Tianfang medicine industry are the "medicine department" of the general technology group in China.There is not only the upstream and downstream relationship between the two sides,but also the internal competition.In 2013,Chinese medicine carried out the merger and acquisition of Tianfang medicine industry in order to achieve the development of the "whole industry chain" of Chinese medicine and promote the overall strength of Chinese medicine industry.Based on the case study,this paper explores the performance of Chinese pharmaceutical mergers and acquisitions in Tianfang pharmaceutical industry.Based on the accounting data of six years in the annual report of Chinese medicine,it explores the impact of the merger and acquisition on Chinese medicine.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturers based on the problems in the merger and acquisition.In terms of motivation,it is not difficult to find that the merger and acquisition not only reflects the needs of enterprise development,but also highlights the will of government.In terms of performance,the merger has brought positive effects to the continued Chinese medicine,and to some extent,it has increased the value of the enterprise,but the consolidation of the merger has also brought great pressure on the enterprise.Based on the analysis of Chinese medical mergerand acquisition activities,based on the industry level,this paper holds that the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry should strengthen the integration of all aspects after the merger and acquisition,and it can control the cost and increase the profit of the company through the advantages of brand effect,expansion of business state and perfection of corporate culture.
