Amoeba business model is founded by Kazuo Inamori who is renowned as "the master of business" in Japan.He has used Amoeba management model successfully makes the Kyocera Corp of Japan and second telecom companies to be top 500 in the world,but also created a miracle to make up the deficits and get surpluses for Japan Airlines within 424 days.The business model of Amoeba is to improve the efficiency of the enterprise by changing the organization structure of the enterprise and organizing the efficient operation and management mode of the operation mode so as to stimulate the subjective initiative,enthusiasm and potential of the staff and improve the working methods and methods.Through the establishment of accounting for each Amoeba,so every Amoeba has the performance and profit indicators to consider,so that makes the employees really manage and operate the amoeba,to cultivate more talents for the enterprise management,to realize the full business goals of enterprises,so as to realize the "sales maximization and cost minimization" business objective.At present,more and more companies are beginning to learn and introduce Amoeba management model under the increasingly fierce business competition environment in China.J group,as an excellent domestic men's wear brand company,has experienced a relatively slow development in recent years and started to experience industrial costs,commercial costs,substantial increases in labor costs and lower profitability.J Group marketing company started to introduce the Small micro management mode evolved from the Amoeba business model in 2017.By introducing the theory of the Amoeba business model and the introduction of the small-micro-management mode,this article takes the J Group marketing company and its subsidiaries as research object,the J group marketing company to introduce the pilot small-micro management mode of analysis of the situation,summed up the small-micro-management model in the pilot branch of the pilot experience and lessons learned,and put forward the corresponding conclusions and suggestions on the management mode of domestic enterprises to introduce Amoeba.
