A Research On Financial Management Mode Innovation Of ZTE

Through the analysis and study of the corporation financial management system,in order to understand the advantage and applicability of financial sharing services.The use of the implementation of financial services to help enterprises to share the cost reduction,improve management efficiency,access to more economic benefits,and constantly improve their own development needs and core competitiveness.The most obvious feature is not only the highly informative and networked level,but also the lower operating costs,better risk control and management and high operating efficiency to liberate the manager's mind,make them in participation of business control and not restrict them from the old pattern.ZTE Corporation is one of the earliest enterprise groups in China to build financial and share service center.After many years of operation and management experience,ZTE has been constantly summarizing and improving to form a feasible management method.This paper mainly discusses the organization,structure and running condition of ZTE financial service center's management system,points out the existing problems and shortcomings,and deep analysis the key success factors and application value of ZTE financial shared service center to bring more enlightenment.The main contents of this research are five main parts,the first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background and significance of this paper,and clear the research methods and ideas after consulting relevant literature at home and abroad.The second part discusses and analysis the traditional enterprise's financial management system.The third part mainly analyzes the origination and structure of ZTE's financial management.The fourth part mainly analyzes the innovation,key factors and application value of ZTE's financial centralized shared service model.The fifth part mainly elaborates the conclusion and the insufficiency.
