Research On China’s Export Structure To The “Belt And Road” Countries And Its Influencing Factors

This paper first discusses the theoretical basis of the trade structure,then calculates the technical complexity index of the 260 commodities included in the 3 bit code of the third edition of the international trade standard classification(SITC)of the 169 countries during the 1995~2015 years and sorts the 260 commodities according to the technical content,and then uses the optimal segmentation method.The 260 commodities are divided into 5 levels according to the technical content,and the framework for analyzing the technical structure of international trade commodities is constructed.In the following,we present the basic situation,the development level and the export situation of these countries in the 55 trade partners,and then use the analytical framework of the technical structure of the international trade commodity,During the period from 1995 to 2015,China’s export structure in 55 countries and found that since 1995,China to B&R country’s export structure has undergone a very significant change,specifically in the relatively low technical content of goods(Low,medium low)growth rate is much lower than the relatively high technical content of the export of goods(medium high,high)growth rate,that is,in 1995-2015,The technical content of the commodity that China export to those B&R countries has been effectively improved,the trade structure has been significantly optimized.Finally,through the empirical analysis of the impact of China’s different types of technical goods to those B&R countries export factors.The empirical results show that China’s economic scale,the economic scale of the exporting countries,the per capita income gap between the importing and exporting countries and the import of intermediate products are significantly positive,and the impact of China’s intellectual property protection on China’s exports to related countries And further empirical evidence shows that the conclusion is more stable,even if the export target countries and the level of development of the technical content of the breakdown,the vast majority of cases can get the same conclusion.
