Research On The Internal Control Evaluation Of City Commercial Banks In My Country

The Bank of Guiyang in recent years by the local commercial bank for the expansion of regional joint-stock listed banks to improve their internal management level,and combined with the actual situation of the Bank of Guiyang,on the internal control management for its own development needs to make effective evaluation is a feasible way.The Bank of Guiyang is a large joint-stock banks,it is not only the first listed bank in central and Western China,and Guizhou province is the largest financial enterprise,it is on a large scale,multi network,management method and mode of the old and apparently do not match,seek a kind of effective management mode,improve the bank's the internal management level,has important practical significance for the future development of the bank.Therefore,this paper discusses and studies the internal control evaluation system of Guiyang bank,hoping to build up the internal control system of banks and make a modest contribution to Guizhou's financial and economic development.This paper takes the internal control evaluation of Guiyang bank as the research object,which is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction.The research background,significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and contents are expounded.The second part of the related concepts and theoretical basis,mainly introduce the concept of internal control of commercial banks,the five elements of internal control and the theoretical basis of cybernetics.The third part analyzes the current situation of the internal control and management of Guiyang bank,introduces the general situation of Guiyang bank,and analyzes and introduces the five elements of the internal control of the Bank of Guiyang.The fourth part constructs the internal control index system of Guiyang bank.The evaluation index system of the internal control of Guiyang bank is constructed through literature review and expert questionnaire survey.The fifth part evaluates the internal control of the Bank of Guiyang and summarizes the problems in its internal control.The sixth part of the Guiyang bank internal control management countermeasures.The seventh part is the summary and prospect.Conclusion: the internal control system of city commercial banks is an indivisible whole,combining the construction of evaluation index system of internal control and internal control process should pay attention to the results,respectively according to the process and result of design and the corresponding evaluation index system,the internal control of the five elements combined with the internal control evaluation process,evaluation index of operating performance the combination of internal control and internal control system,the only way to promote the city commercial banks play a guiding role better.It is hoped that through the research results of this paper,the internal control management ability of domestic urban commercial banks will play a certain reference role.
