Research On Fund Management Of Poverty Alleviation Loan Project Of Infrastructure Construction In Poor Village Of A City For C Bank

China's poverty alleviation loan refers to a policy loan business undertaken by the relevant domestic financial institutions,which is an important part of our country's poverty alleviation and development.The specific modes of the poverty alleviation loan business are generally divided into three types: one is the micro poverty alleviation loan that is directly distributed to poor farmers;the second is the industrial class poverty alleviation loan for leading enterprises;the third is the issuance of poverty alleviation loans for infrastructure construction projects.In addition to various commercial banks,C Bank,one of China's three major policy banks,has also played an important role in the work of alleviating poverty in China.Compared to poverty alleviation loans for poor farmers and leading enterprises,the poverty alleviation loan supporting infrastructure construction has the characteristics of large scale of funds and complex construction contents,and the management of poverty alleviation loan funds involves many levels,complex procedures and difficult management.The poverty alleviation loan for infrastructure construction is due to its huge volume and impact on the effectiveness of poverty alleviation and development work.The accuracy of the use of poverty alleviation funds and the expected benefits are directly related to the achievements of China's poverty alleviation and development undertakings.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the fund management of poverty alleviation loans for infrastructure construction and propose practical and effective management solutions.This paper,based on the development process of C bank and the actual handling of the financing of poverty alleviation loans in the infrastructure construction of poor village,analyzes the problems existing in the management process of C bank in the management of poverty alleviation loans in poor village infrastructure construction from the aspects of loan review,fund payment management system,fund use supervision and fund reimbursement management.And put forward suggestions for improving the management of poverty alleviation loan funds.The existing literature pays more attention to the use and management of financial poverty alleviation funds and the risk management of microfinance loans.The C bank loans for poverty alleviation in this paper have the characteristics of large scale,large amount,fast delivery speed and so on.It is of practical guiding significance to the research and research of this kind of poverty alleviation loan fund management.
