| Kunming is currently developing the public transportation in vigorously.The conveniences of the urban rail transit system will be a strong support to improve and promote the development of the main transition lines in the city,and caused an increase of the efficacy of the urban comprehensive public transport,also led to an enlarged social benefits,so that to offer the public travel products for citizen’s needs by developing the rail transit.The government should coordinate,supervise and manage during the developing process,and project the urban comprehensive public transport system in the urban developing strategy side.The government should also optimize the internal public traffic resources in the city to collaborate all parties coherently and efficiently.This thesis will apply the public administration theory to study the growth of Kunming’s urban rail transit,and to provide references and experiences from the evolutionary condition of urban rail transit all over the world for the public products and services of Kunming local government.Base on the basic definition of public administration,this thesis utilize and analyze the external analysis during the construction period and public economic analysis in operation period,under conditions of current Kunming’s urban rail transit development,with examples of domestic and overseas experiences,to discover the issues that need attentions on the development for local government,and to propose the strategies and suggestions that solve the problems according to the public service requirements. |
