The theory of corporate culture developed gradually in the 1970 s and 1980 s,and its development in China was very rapid,which helped many enterprises to achieve success from scratch and from small to large.Pingan group is such an example,from a few hundred square meters,more than a dozen small company employees,now developed into the international leading integrated financial group,in 2017 the world top 500 enterprises in the 39 th.Enterprise culture in peace sprout,grow,along with the continuous development of peace,the innovation and reform,the enterprise culture become an indispensable part of the peace,it is also safe to the enterprise culture as a kind of invisible strategic resources.When Pingan continuously infuses the concept of different periods,the company culture of Pingan is gaining new vitality.With the continuous development of globalization,the market competition is intensifying,and the construction of the enterprise culture of Pingan has formed an excellent culture with unique connotation.After enterprise determines the core enterprise culture connotation,how the enterprise culture strategy,and intent to carry out the to the actual production work,internal management,and other aspects,enables the enterprise culture in enterprise up and down are take root and spread,development,growth,and feedback,this is peace now facing problems.At the same time,when the enterprise culture in the implementation of these branches,staff construction,but also from the branch,the employee’s cultural heritage and takes root in the bottom-up feedback and optimization of enterprise culture,gradually formed a strong corporate culture feedback system,make the enterprise culture has always maintained a close contact with employees,maintain and promote the integration of enterprise development strategy,but also to the enterprise to do strongly does play a positive role.This paper research the bank of Pingan,Kunming,in the process of enterprise culture construction should be in strict accordance with the strategic intention of Pingan group headquarters to carry out enterprise culture construction,also want to combine the enterprise culture of Pingan bank headquarters to carry out the requirements to do a good job in bank level of enterprise culture construction to adjust measures to local conditions,combining with the actual situation of Kunming branch to formulate effective measures and strategies,to grounding gas enterprise culture construction work,and obtains the actual effect.This paper,by means of scientific,objective,field investigation,interviews,research and analysis,put forward clearly for Kunming branch of the enterprise culture construction optimization strategy and specific measures,for its build perfect and reasonable enterprise culture system,and establish effective enterprise culture construction optimization scheme.
