With China’s accession to the WTO and economic globalization progresses, businesses are facing increasingly fierce market competition, and the corporate culture is to continuously improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and effective means. When workers into the corporate culture and effective values, the workers will be able to consciously business development goals and individual goals of unity, businesses can actively create conducive to attracting talent, with good talent, retain talent good environment and atmosphere, thus, inspire enthusiasm, improve production efficiency, improve enterprise competitiveness in the market. With the deepening of modern management concepts, Kunming Institute survey of corporate culture concept has gradually changed, along with understanding the process of accumulation, production, development of the unique corporate culture, through the guidance of the concept for related workers and indoctrination, and then unified the values and to create a good cultural atmosphere and enhance the cohesion of the enterprise, in order to further enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises laid a good foundation.In this paper, the characteristics of corporate culture, models and classifications are described, Kunming Institute survey on the status of corporate culture are analyzed, pointing out the shortcomings of corporate culture, while the Queensland Institute survey of corporate culture to diagnose the situation and pointed out that Queensland Institute survey has improved the level of corporate culture specific policies and measures.
