Research On Knowledge Spillover And Enterprise Innovation Strategy

Collaborative innovation is an important driving force for upgrading industrial structure and economic development.As the main body of technological innovation,high-tech enterprises must consider the impact of knowledge spillovers within the industry on innovation strategies.The government needs to promote corporate collaborative innovation in systems and policies.After establishing two innovative game model of innovation strategies from two types of enterprises,the article solves and analyzes the profits of enterprises under the influence of knowledge spillover.Then it determines the best innovation strategy suitable for the enterprise through comparison.It also introduces two models of foreign regional innovation,analyzes its role in improving knowledge spillovers and promoting companies to choose the best innovation strategy.After comparing their characteristics,the paper summarizes the experience.Firstly,this paper briefly reviews the literature concerning knowledge spillovers in the industry,the game of enterprise innovation and the model of regional innovation.Based on this,the research contents and research methods are determined.Secondly,this article has constructed an innovative game model of innovation strategy about homogeneous enterprises and upstream and downstream enterprises,and reached the following conclusions: for homogeneous enterprises,knowledge spillover will make the profits of independent R&D enterprises flow to non-innovation enterprises,companies should cooperate in R&D and knowledge sharing with high spillover levels;for upstream and downstream enterprises,the independent R&D activities of one enterprise will lead to the increase of their own profits less than the other enterprise without innovation,obviously the cooperative of R&D strategy and knowledge sharing is the best choice for the enterprise.Thirdly,the paper introduces and compares the market-oriented regional innovation model of Santa Clara Valley and the government-led regional innovation model of Bangalore.Our regional innovation model also needs efforts in infrastructure construction,risk investment construction,education talent policy,cultural policy,industrial preferential policies,and intellectual property protection in order to improve knowledge spillovers in high-tech industries and encourage companies to choose independent or cooperative R&D strategies.Finally,the paper summarizes the conclusions of the study,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the enterprises and the government in favor of high-tech industry regional innovation system in China.
