| This paper uses quality management theory to study the bottleneck of Yunnan province’s integration into the construction of “the Belt and Road”.The theory of quality management is a theoretical tool that emphasizes full participation,customer satisfaction,whole process control and continuous improvement.The use of this tool to study the construction of “the Belt and Road” in Yunnan Province is conducive to firmly establishing the purpose of “governing for the people” in the process of government administration.The construction of Belt and Road in Yunnan Province is studied and analyzed step by step.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the background,significance and research results of quality management theory and Belt and Road’s initiative,the thesis puts forward the idea,method and content of this paper.On the basis of expounding the basic viewpoints of quality management theory and the national "Belt and Road" initiative,the objective requirements of Yunnan Province in the construction of "Belt and Road" are put forward through the quality management theory.The subject of this paper is the study of the bottleneck of Yunnan’s integration into the construction of "Belt and Road".By clarifying the position of the state in the construction of "Belt and Road",The purpose of this study is to make Yunnan "a radiation center facing South and Southeast Asia".The first step of quality management is determined by determining the research subject and purpose of this paper.Plan(P).In the stage of implementation of quality management,Do(D),starting with the present situation of Yunnan Province,starting with the geographical position and the situation of foreign trade,The advantages and disadvantages of the three aspects of infrastructure construction are analyzed.The formation of the crux of quality management from the current situation and logical analysis result in the complex and changeable situation in the surrounding areas of Yunnan,and the lack of foreign trade power in Yunnan.There are three sticking points in the construction of large channels.The stage of quality,Check(C),control is the focus of the discussion in this paper.Only by analyzing the problems existing in the construction of "Belt and Road" in Yunnan Province,can we formulate effective measures.At this stage,another statistical tool,causality chart of quality management,is introduced to sort out the causes of the three sticking points,and the feasibility and objectivity of determining the main causesare increased by introducing Delphi method.Finally find out the main causes of the nature of the problem.According to the main reasons,the measure is the last stage of this paper,Action(A),in which the basic strategies set according to the problem will be fixed,that is,these strategies will form a stable strategy,thus forming a complete DeMing cycle.At the end of the paper,the author summarizes the basic viewpoints of the thesis,then rethinks the shortcomings in the process of writing the thesis,and briefly discusses the direction of further research in the future. |
