As a key to solve the financing problem of SMEs,supply chain finance has been paid more and more attention by the government and all circles.With the fast expansion of Internet,coupled with the rise of B2B platform and the improvement of supply chain informatization,the development of traditional supply chain finance has come into a new stage.This research tries to address the following questions which have not been adequately addressed in the previous literature:What are the specific modes and operations of supply chain finance based on B2B platform?How the B2B platform cooperate with the banks?If not,how B2B platform make decisions?This research sums up the path of development from the practice cases of supply chain finance based on B2B platform,and classifies three kinds of models.From the perspective of electronic order financing,this research discusses the revenues and decisions of B2B platform and bank in entrusted credit model under different fee schemes.This research compares the way that sharing revenue and risk between B2B platform and bank in joint credit model.When B2B platform and bank can’t reach consensus,the research analyzes factors which probablely affect the financing decision of enterprises in B2B platform individual credit,such as days sales outstanding,the initial funding of financing enterprises and invoice discount.It is found that the decision of B2B platform can be incentived by adjusting the fee schemes.B2B platform can choose the appropriate model of supply chain finance based on the fee and the ratio of the B2B platform’s efficiency and cost of auditing.In entrusted credit model,bank tends to choose review,different fee schemes will change the relationship of the individual utility maximization and overall revenue maximization,which will also affect the cooperation.In joint credit model,B2B platform and bank will try hard to audit targeting with maximizing the total revenue by adjusting the fee schemes,as well as taking risks together.In the model of B2B platform individual credit,if the enterprises are willing to financing,the longer the days of sales outstanding,the more B2B platform will earn.The initial capital of enterprises and invoice discount will affect the B2B platform by affecting the decision-making of financing enterprises.
