Today is the era dominated by knowledge and economic.The competition of the global economy is increasingly fierce.Only "obedient" has been unable to meet the demand of competition,enterprises need employees to perform a job effectively at the same time,such as help the organization to identify and solve potential problems.Therefore,if enterprises want to stand out in the complex market competition,they will have more and more requirements not only for staff's work behavior,but also for leaders' management.However,the specific mechanism and discussion of existing research on the relationship between leadership style and change-oriented proactive behavior is still lacking,which needs further enrichment and deepening.Therefore,based on self-determination theory,this paper explores the influence mechanism of change-oriented proactive behavior.Through a questionnaire survey,using SPSS and AMOS,this paper got the following conclusions:(1)Ttransformational leadership has significant positive impact on change-oriented proactive behavior.(2)Person-organization fit has significant positive impact on change-oriented proactive behavior.(3)Ttransformational leadership has significant positive impact on Change affective commitment.(4)Person-organization fit has significant positive impact on Change affective commitment.(5)Change affective commitment has significant positive impact on change-oriented proactive behavior.(6)Change affective commitment mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and change-oriented proactive behavior.(7)Change affective commitment mediate the relationship between person-organization fit and change-oriented proactive behavior.Possible innovations:(1)enrich the path mechanism of transformational leadership and person-organization fit on change-oriented proactive behavior;(2)the introduction of self-determination theory perspective,enrich the study of action mechanism of change-oriented proactive behavior.
