In the Internet era with the speed of various resources' integrating and sharing faster and faster,enterprises are faced with increasingly complex and changing external environment.In the dynamic environment,it is of great significance to discuss the formation mechanism of change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior.Meanwhile,the influence of leadership behavior on employees behavior has been paid close attention to.The influence of participative leadership behavior on employee behavior needs to be further developed.We have found that:(1)participative leadership has positive impact on employees' change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior;(2)participative leadership has positive impact on employees' perceived insider status;(3)employees' perceived insider status has positive impact on employees' change-oriented organizational behavior;(4)employees' perceived insider status has mediating effect on the relationship between participative leadership and employees' change-oriented organizational behavior;(5)employees' affective commitment has moderating effect on the relationship between perceived insider status and change-oriented organizational behavior;(6)employees' affective commitment also moderates the mediating effect of employees' perceived insider status between participative leadership and change-oriented organizational behavior.Based on the discussion on the motivation and mechanism of change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior,this study construct a functional mechanism model of participative leadership behavior and change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior in Chinese context,enriching the connotation of change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior research and providing theoretical and practical guidance for employee behavior management at the same time.
