Research On R&D Quality Management Of Migu APP Of M Company

In the era of mobile Internet,application entertainment,information source diversification,business development diversification have become the future development trend.With the popularity of mobile Internet and smart phones,reading and watching animation products on mobile terminals,such as mobile phones,has become an important way of cultural consumption for young people and even middle-aged and elderly people.In 2017,in order to adapt to the changes in the market and fierce competition,M company upgraded original animation APP to create a new Migu APP which facing quadratic element user group.This paper mainly aims at the phenomenon that there are still serious quality problems after the APP goes online,and makes a deep research on the problems in the process of R&D,such as teamwork,work planning,R&D quality and so on.Based on the theory of Business Process Improvement and Agile Development,and referring to the successful experiences of typical mobile Internet projects at home and abroad,M Company's identity as a wholly-owned subsidiary of traditional state-owned enterprises and the characteristics of APP itself are fully considered.The research methods of field investigation,comparative analysis,analysis and decision are used to put forward a feasible product R&D and quality control scheme that including the following four aspects:reasonable adjustment on the organizational structure,improving the team cooperation mechanism,optimizing the product R&D process,strict control of the quality of work.Through quantitative and qualitative analysis of the implementation of the quality control scheme,this paper implement an overall analysis to provide a guarantee for the optimization of the scheme.The research results of this paper provide a feasible reference for the exploration of the current mobile Internet application quality management optimization ideas,and have reference significance.
