The Spatio-temporal Evolution And Influencing Factors Of Comprehensive Measurement Of The Level Of New Urbanization In China

Urbanization is an important index that measure the level of country's economic development.It can reflect the level of social civilization,and also an important symbol of modernization.China's urbanization takes more than 30 years in journey of urbanization,which passed two hundred years in western urbanization.But urban social problems also become more and more deepen,China had developed the "type system of urbanization" in the past 30 years,which concentrated the Centralism theory system in developed country,formed the deformation of high speed and high concentration of urbanization which we call it "Latin American trap" economy.With the emergence of various problems,the new urbanization was put forward.Urbanization is not only the transfer from rural's population to urban's population,expansion of urbanization and relation of urban's economy,but also the process of lifestyle and values which widely permeates in rural.In reference on the basis of existing researches,this paper pays attention to the quantity and quality of the new type of urbanization,paper construct index that have six aspects including economic efficient and intensive,functional space,environment friendly,urban-rural integrated,the social harmony,which contain 27 indicators.When calculating the new evaluation index of urbanization comprehensive development level,I combine objective method with subjective method,and combine qualitative method with quantitative method,which is combination empowerment principle.It's got the index weight,the final weight of indicators in year of 2005,2010 and 2015 year in the Chinese 285 cities of new type of urbanization level measurement.Analyzing the characteristics of the spatial-temporal evolution of the level of new urbanization in China,comparing the two dimensions of time and space and visualizing its space.Finally,the influencing factors are analyzed through the spatial econometric model.The results show that:(1)Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen has been among the best in the new urbanization level of 285 prefecture level cities.The measurement of new urbanization level in Dingxi has always been in the reverse.Overall,the average value of the new urbanization level of 285 prefecture level cities in the country shows an upward trend.(2)The spatial distribution of level of new urbanization level in China shows that the development of the inland urbanization level is not equal,and the new urbanization level is mainly distributed in the coastal areas.The low value area of new urbanization is mainly distributed in some cities in Central China and most cities in Western China.The rising trend of the new urbanization level in the 285 cities of the country is obvious.The new urbanization level is high in the north of China in 2005,In addition to some provincial capital cities and some important cities,most of the cities are generally low level of the new urbanization level.The level of new urbanization in the southeast coastal areas was significantly higher than that in the inland areas,and the overall level of new urbanization was improved in 2010.The eastern region has changed from a low level area of new urbanization to a high value area.,The new high level urbanization area showed a trend of extending from coast to inland in 2015.(3)From the perspective of spatial autocorrelation,area of H-H type mainly concentrated in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta in 2005.The area of H-L type are distributed in Chengdu,Chongqing and Gansu.The area of H-L type in 2010 was narrowed compared with that in 2005.The gap between new urbanization levels in cities has gradually narrowed compared with that in 2005,and the differentiation of new urbanization in China has been weakening.(4)During the 2005-2015 years,the level of new urbanization in China has increased rapidly.In the past 2005-2010 years,the growth rate of new urbanization is mainly distributed in the western region.The growth rate is obviously lower in 2010-2015 years than the growth rate in 2005-2010 years.The level of new urbanization in some cities has a negative growth trend.(5)The analysis of the influencing factors of the development level of new urbanization: population factor,industrial structure,urban expansion and investment level all passed the 1% significant test.The economic level and infrastructure passed the 5% significant test.The influence degree of the new urbanization level from large to small is the following: industrial structure,investment level,population factor,urban expansion,economic level,urban-rural gap,infrastructure.
