With the development of the world economy,the work values of employees have made great changes,and the subjective needs of employees have become increasingly diversified and complex.Due to the intensified competition for talents and the changes in the concept of new generations of young people,the massive loss of employees has become a serious issue that has plagued businesses.The departure of employees has also become a management research hotspot.At the same time,the current economic market is faced with more and more challenges.In order to grow and develop in a difficult environment,companies have to adopt various strategies to deal with various challenges in difficult environments.Voice behavior,which is an initiative extra role behavior,not only help to improve the active and initiative of employees,but also greatly promote the organization's innovation and development.Academics at domestic and foreign have already had a lot of researches on the voice behavior.Especially under the upsurge of building localized management theories in recent years,domestic researchers have done a lot of researches on the voice behavior.This study combines turnover intention with voice behavior,and explores the influence mechanism of employee's turnover intention on their voice behavior in the background of China.In this study,matching among the supervisor and employee,the 271 questionnaires are collected from some enterprises,which are from Wuxi of Jiangsu province.This study was conducted to investigate how turnover intention affect the voice behavior and explore the mediations of employees' state guilt and state apathy in the curvilinear relationship of turnover intention and voice behavior.We also investigate the moderations of trust in leadership.The results showed that:(1)There is an inverted U-shaped curvilinear impact of turnover intention on employees' voice behavior.(2)State guilt plays a mediation role in the curvilinear relationship between turnover intention and voice behavior.(3)State guilt also plays a mediation role in the curvilinear relationship between turnover intention and voice behavior.(4)Employees' trust in leadership plays a moderation role in the curvilinear relationship between turnover intention and state guilt,and it also plays a moderated mediation role in the relationship.
