Enterprise management should according to their cultural background,to adopt different incentive ways and their job satisfaction get a corresponding increase. For state-owned enterprises, high turnover will not be conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises. The research results show that the negative correlation between turnover intention and job satisfaction, employee satisfaction is higher when the left, the job tendency was lower.In this study, QD municipal state-owned enterprises XH group as the research sample, through the questionnaire study. Through the analysis, the XH group employee job satisfaction consists of seven dimensions. This paper will start from the seven dimensions, to study the effect of each dimension of employee turnover.The research results show that the employees of XH group in gender, marital status,age, working years, departments will have an impact on the job satisfaction of employees from the above aspects, respectively study the relationship between various factors and employee job satisfaction. The study shows that the female employees’ job satisfaction is higher than men; with the increase of their age the job satisfaction first increases and then decreases; with the increase of the work experience, the staff enthusiasm for work will decline,job satisfaction will decrease; the staff of different departments and job satisfaction will be different; not position on employee job satisfaction basic influence, mainly for the job There was no significant difference in the dimensions of employee satisfaction and overall satisfactionThe study also showed that turnover intention was negatively correlated with job satisfaction. The degree of satisfaction of job satisfaction and internal management and the company management system has some predictive effect on turnover intention.Through the research, this paper to reduce the XH group turnover intention to put forward the following suggestions: (1)enhance the work of return; (2)improve the scientific management system, especially to improve the enterprise human resources system construction; (3)create a good soft environment; (4)enhance the wild goose charm.
