Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Village-level Financial Management In Taixing City

With the gradual deepening of the construction of the new socialist countryside in China,the economic and social development of the rural areas has been greatly improved.The original rural financial management system has been unable to meet the current needs of the rural economic and social development,strengthen and improve the rural financial management,is the basic requirement of new rural construction and rural economic and social harmony and stability and development,but also focus on problems of agriculture of A.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the financial management at the village level.The research on Taixing city village financial management as the basis,through the investigation of Taixing City,village level financial management present situation,summarizes the achievements made in Taixing City,village level financial management,and through field visits,questionnaire survey and case analysis method to find out physical problems of Taixing city village financial management,analyzes the causes of these problems,on this basis,some control theory and the current management mode of experience,put forward the suggestions and Countermeasures of Taixing rural financial management.The research results show that the main achievements of village level financial management in Taixing are:financial management is gradually standardized;the achievement of collective asset management is obvious,and the regulatory system is gradually formed.There are still some problems to be solved in village level financial management:the implementation of financial management system is not strict enough,and the implementation is not in place.The number of financial staff at the grass-roots level is not enough,the structure is unreasonable,and the financial supervision and management system at village level is not perfect enough,and the effect is not obvious.The main reasons for the problems include:the village level collective debt is heavy,the village level financial management system is not perfect,the financial personnel's professional level is not high enough,and the village level financial supervision is not in place.According to the results of basic theoretical analysis and practical investigation,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions and Countermeasures:1.consolidate the village level financial foundation;2.improve the village level financial management system;3.improve the level of financial management;4.enhance the transparency of village level financial management.
