In recent years,the headhunting industry in China has flourished.Headhunting service,as a powerful promoter of human resource allocation under market economy environment,has become an important channel for enterprises to search for high and middle talent and the flow of high and middle talent.At the same time,influenced by the development of mobile Internet in China and the management level of headhunting enterprises,headhunting industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.In this paper,Y headhunting company is selected as the research object.As a typical small and medium-sized headhunting company in Xiamen,the development of Y headhunting company has encountered some bottlenecks in the past few years.Based on the talent hunting system of Y headhunting company,elaborated and based on the analysis of the company's organizational structure and an important link in the process of headhunting exists several problems,combined with the current practice of related theory of industry and the status of human resource management to make improvementscthe corresponding research,the formation of a new headhunting system of Y headhunting company.By improving measures to enhance company operation and management level,and to provide reference for other small and medium-sized headhunting company is the main research purpose of this paper.This paper is divided into six chapters in the structure.First of all is the introduction,which tells the background,significance,research methods and basic framework of the paper.Next,the theory of hunting is expounded.Then introduce the general situation of domestic and foreign headhunting industry and Y headhunting company,described the status of talent hunting system for Y headhunting company,and analysis of existing problems,and improve the design of the talent hunting system for Y headhunting company.At the same time,the implementation strategy of the improved scheme was studied.Finally,the overall conclusion.
