Under the background of accelerating interest rate marketization and deepening financial reforms,the profit margin of traditional banking business has been greatly reduced.The inter-bank business is favored by commercial banks by virtue of its unique advantages.With the country attaches great importance to the development of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,the rural credit cooperatives have been converted into rural commercial banks(referred to as rural commercial banks),and they have become the main force supporting the “three rural” and small and micro enterprises.The rural commercial banks with high income dependence are also affected by the marketization of interest rates.Driven by the pursuit of profit growth,they have gradually developed inter-bank business.The vigorous development of inter-bank business has brought huge profit margins to rural commercial banks.At the same time,it also brings many hidden risks,such as credit risk,liquidity risk,reputation risk,moral hazard and operational risk.Although the rural commercial banks have taken some measures in the area of risk control,there are still many problems.The smaller and weaker the rural commercial banks are facing the challenges of the same industry risks,the more they are caught off guard.This paper studies and analyzes the risks,causes and management problems of L-Agribusiness,and finds that there are many defects.For example,it does not have a sound risk control system,an unreasonable organizational structure,limited internal auditing,imperfect talent mechanism,poor risk awareness,and insufficient system implementation.In order to solve the loopholes in L-commerce and other risk control,this paper gives the following reasonable risk control recommendations for operation risk,liquidity risk,reputation risk,credit risk and moral hazard.Suggestions: Optimize and adjust the organizational structure,improve internal control,strengthen the talent team,increase internal auditing efforts,increase quality partners,eliminate inferior partners,and form a risk classification management system.,etc.
