| Tourism is an effective means to develop the economy,increase employment,and meet the growing needs of the people for a better life.Tourism is a sunrise industry that promotes high-quality consumption and improves people's living standards.In July 2016,General Secretary made an important indication of"developing a global tourism road is right and insisting on going" during the inspection in Ningxia.It opened a new era for the development of China's tourism in the whole region.In the report of the State Council's government work in 2018,Premier clearly proposed to create a global tourism demonstration area and reduce the price of key state-owned scenic spot tickets.In March 2018,with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism was established.At the national level,"Global Tourism"has risen to a national strategy.In recent years,the city's tourism economy has developed rapidly,the industrial structure has clearly opened up,and the market scale has continued to increase.Tourism has become a pillar industry for the city's economic development.However,with the advent of the mass tourism era,the construction of "global tourism" in our city still has problems.The development of"global tourism" is inseparable from the support of tourist attractions and the government's public policies.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction.The second part explains the theory.The third part describes the resource endowments of Xinghua City,the achievements of tourism development,and the problems in the construction of "global tourism".The fourth part analyzes the causes of the shortcomings in the construction of the "global tourism" city in Xinghua City.The fifth part of the experience draws lessons from the analysis and study of the"global tourism" urban development.The sixth part of the policy measures,put forward the concept of development and specific policy recommendations,in order to provide reference for the government to formulate policies. |
