The Impact Of The Agglomeration Of High-tech Industries On Regional Innovation Capabilities

For recent years,our country has paid more and more attention to promoting the innovative development of the economic society,and implementing the innovation-driven development strategy.As is pointed in the Report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,innovation is the primary driving force for development as well as strategic support for constructing a modern economic system.The high and new technology industry is a carrier of knowledge,technology and talent.It can enhance the promotion of the regional innovation capability and play a crucial role in the regional economic development.With the development of various industrial parks in different regions,industry cluster,an important economic phenomenon,has become more and more obvious.The high and new technology-based cluster,not only provides innovation network support for the regional innovation,but also supplies a steady stream of motivation for it in the wake of the flow of knowledge,talent and capital inside and outside the cluster districts.Based on the relevant document researches and theoretical reviews,the whole thesis follows the logical system of "theory-analysis-empirical research-conclusion",and emphasizes on the combination of standard and empirical research.Taking YZGJ high and new technology industrial park as an example,it makes a theoretical analysis about the influence mechanism of the high and new technology industry cluster on the regional innovation.Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park as an example,it uses the econometric analysis method to testify the theoretical analysis part.In the final part,it provides feasible suggestions that how to promote regional innovation capability through the effects of the high and new technology industry cluster.It can be found in the research result,the positive impacts of the environmental support,human capital and knowledge spillover on regional technological innovation provided by high and new technology industry cluster are very outstanding.However,the impact effects are different.The number of enterprise derivatives,labor quality and knowledge spillover are in accordance with the order from high to low.First,the impact of the enterprise derivative rate on regional innovation capability is the greatest,in other words,the number of enterprise derivatives can enhance the promotion of regional innovation capability.Next is labor quality,which means the higher the knowledge and technology levels are in the whole region,the stronger the regional innovation capability is.The last is the knowledge spillover of the industry cluster region,which has weaker impact than the former two.Combining with the theoretical analysis and empirical result,the thesis thinks that for the improvement of the regional innovation capability,increasing the number of enterprises in the cluster region and introducing all-round and multi-level talent should be mainly set about,meanwhile,the knowledge spillover effect of industry cluster should also be concerned.
