At present,China has paid more and more attention to the role of direct financing from all levels.On the other hand,the development of the securities industry itself also faces some outstanding problems.Competition in the securities industry continues to intensify,and the marketing model and service model are relatively simple and crude.With the deepening of reform and opening up,the window of integration opportunities for the securities industry has opened again,and the external market environment is about to change significantly.This article takes the marketing team of RX Securities as the research object.This paper comprehensively uses literature research,case studies and statistical analysis research methods,combines two important theoretical cornerstones of team management and performance management,and aims at the current marketing team management of RX Securities.Some problems that arise during the process propose some specific principles and measures for improving or perfecting marketing team management.The first chapter of this article discusses the research background and significance of the paper,the research objects and methods,the framework and contribution of the paper.Then the relevant concepts and theories are summarized and described.The third chapter analyzes the actual situation of the marketing team,analyzes the existing problems and causes,and finally presents a solution.In the program,we elaborated on the training system of the marketing team,the activity system,and the construction of the performance appraisal system,and provided usable tools.Finally,in order to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation,it also discusses the protection aspects of marketing team construction from the strategic perspective,organizational perspective,and operational perspective.After researching,this paper summarizes some important conclusions:First,securities companies can't relax the construction of marketing team at any time;Second,the construction of marketing team for securities companies must introduce advanced construction models.I hope that I can do my part for the development of the securities industryThe research topics and relevant conclusions in this paper not only inspired the development strategy of the marketing team of RX Securities,but also provided references for the promotion of domestic medium-sized securities companies' marketing competitiveness.At the same time,the paper tried to explore the advanced model of the securities company's marketing team construction and contributed to the industry's overall expansion.
