Research On Financial Control Of JS Liquor Industry Group

Financial control is an important manifestation of enterprise management level.It is an important part of enterprise financial management.Strengthening corporate financial control is an enduring topic.It is also an important problem for today's business groups.For enterprises,it is necessary to improve the internal control system and implement the enterprise development strategy so as to create economic benefits for the enterprise and improve the efficiency of management.The control includes more content,and the most important is the content of financial control,reasonable financial control has a huge role in promoting the further development of the enterprise,and its business activities are intertwined,objectively speaking,the further development of enterprises need high efficiency,internal financial control measures to rationalize the support,it can ensure that the capital of the enterprise in the use and reasonable allocation.The object of this paper is the financial control of the enterprise,finds its shortcomings,and gives guidance for further optimization.The case company selected by this paper is JS company.Combined with the theory of financial control,we analyze the actual situation of JS company's financial control.Analyzing the identified financial resources has two means in this paper,that is,literature review and case analysis.First,it is an introduction,and then the core concept of financial control is expounded.Secondly,the case analysis of JS liquor industry group.The first part is the general situation of JS wine industry: the basic introduction of JS wine industry,the future planning,the establishment of financial institutions and responsibilities,and the questionnaire for JS Wine Group's financial control.The second part: the existence of JS wine group financial control problems were summarized mainly found the following problems in the course of the study: financial sector institutions set unreasonable,management personnel and financial personnel quality should be improved,financial management system,work flow in the situation of employee incentive mechanism is not perfect,the financial budget control is not perfect,the enterprise internal audit flow the existence form,the risk of accounts receivable.The third part is to analyze the deficiencies of JS Wine Group.Finally,using the methodof combining theory and practice,puts forward some suggestions and measures the value of JS group financial control,including financial structure optimization,improve the management of personnel and financial personnel professional knowledge and improve the internal financial control system,formulate incentive policies,establish the comprehensive budget system and cost management,should be strengthened accounts receivable risk management of financial personnel.It provides a reference value for the financial control of the same type of company.
