Henan DS Group Company Constructed With The Use Of A Comprehensive Budget Management System

Comprehensive Budget Management is a management project with wide covering surface and strong systematicness. It relates to each aspect in enterprise production and operation, and is the important measure for the enterprise to achieve its short-term objective and complement its strategic objective management. Comprehensive Budget Management patterns should be integrated with enterprise strategies. Under the circumstance without enterprise strategies, short-term actions will be paid attention and long-term objectives will be neglected, which will make short-term budget indexes unsuitable for long-term enterprise development strategy and helpless in realization of enterprise long-term development strategies.In the face of the coming competition and rare developing chance, Henan DS Group is in urgent need of establishing and implementing the Comprehensive Budget Management system. This thesis proposes to design a comprehensive budget management system for Henan DS Group and build comprehensive budget management pattern of different cores based on Boston Matrix, which are beneficial to ultimate fulfillment of enterprise strategy and beneficial to correct guide of enterprise business. In this way, the Group could clear the working target of each department, improve the management system, coordinate the function of departments, control the economic activities of each department, reduce the operational risks, examine outstanding achievement, encourage employee in order to promote the achievement of the Group's strategic objective.
