Discussion On The Current Situation And Improvement Measures Of The Rural Social Endowment Insurance System In Shuozhou

It is clear that the party's eighteen major to establish social security system covering urban and rural residents in 2020 and will be one of the goals of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Shanxi,as the cradle of agricultural civilization,is a major agricultural province in China,and its rural population accounts for nearly 50%of the total population of the resident population.In recent years,with the accelerated progress of urbanization in China,the traditional rural pension model has been difficult to adapt to the economic and social development,the rural old-age problem has become increasingly prominent.This paper takes Shanxi city of Shuozhou Province as the sample,through the investigation,in the County Township two social security departments to access data files,and visited a population of over 100 natural villages,villages,the development status of rural endowment insurance system combing.Based on the actual situation of Shuozhou City,from domestic and foreign scholars' research results,construct the corresponding theoretical model,combined with the Shuozhou City,the development of "three agriculture"and the relevant indicators of economic growth,to analyze,to improve the pension insurance system,in order to provide reference for the reform of the rural pension system.
