The energy-saving emission reduction and transformation and upgrading has become the main tone of the new round of national reform,and provide a good market environment in the internal combustion engine products.In a very long stage,the internal combustion engine products will be the guide role in the machinery industry.Kunming YNDL company is the leader in the internal combustion engine industry.At this stage,YNDL is faced both opportunities and motivation,but also the pressure and challenges.Based on this situation,Kunming YNDL companies need to catch the state regulatory policies of the fuel consumption,emissions and other aspects of the development.YNDL will meet the challenge with no fear,complete the company's planning,highlight"innovation and technology,intelligent production",prompt the transformation and upgrading in the company scale and strength.Based on the development status of power machinery industry in this paper,the author carries out the research on the strategic development of Kunming YNDL company.The full text is divided into six chapters:The first chapter introduces this research's background,significance,literature review,and methodology.The second chapter introduces the relevant theory and related analysis tools.The third chapter analyzes Kunming YNDL company's external competitive environment,the internal operating environment for a detailed analysis of the first use of PEST macroeconomic environment analysis,Porter's "Five Forces Competition Model" and so on Strategic management tools to conduct a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the external environment of the Company in terms of the macro environment and the industrial environment;secondly,to systematically explain the internal operating environment of the Company in terms of organizational structure,corporate brand and operating resources;thirdly,by using SWOT analysis Comprehensive analysis of the company's strengths,weaknesses,possible opportunities and threats,and use the SWOT matrix to further make the company's strategic choices.The fourth chapter introduces the development of the company's development strategy,including the vision and mission,the company's overall strategic objectives,business unit strategy and functional strategy.The fifth chapter introduces the safeguard measures of the company's strategy implementation,including the organizational guarantee,the corporate culture,the performance appraisal and the incentive mechanism.The sixth chapter is a summary of this research and provides further improvement directions.In the duration of this research,the researcher made a large number of literatures.and combines the theory with reality,and strives for the strategic planning that can provide guidance for the long-term development of the company,in order to realize the company dominates in the fierce market competition,then achieves the company in the industry competition better survival and development purposes.
