Difficulties And Countermeasures Faced By Local Government's Requisition Audit

This paper focuses on the problems of government audit in the process of land expropriation and demolition,through the study of the land expropriation and demolition audit in XiangTan city,to better understanding of the audit problems encountered in land expropriation and demolition,and explore the reason and seek good countermeasures for it,hoping that the government will be able to deal with the various problems caused by the compensation dispute in the process of land expropriation and demolition,and play a better role in promoting social stability and long-term peace and stability.On the basis of reviewing and summarizing domestic and international studies,this paper argues that western countries are worth learning and learning from the practice of incorporating judicial guarantee into administrative expropriation.In this paper,we adopt the theory research method,case study method and comparative analysis method.It affirmed the positive role of local government audit in regulating the legal compliance of the conduct of the levy and dismantling,the use of the safety standard of the security levy and the prevention of corruption,etc.This paper introduces the current situation of the audit of the economic and technological development zones of xiangtan city,and the main problems facing the audit of xiangtan city are: Firstly,the audit of land requisition is weak;Secondly,it is difficult to realize the independence of land acquisition and demolition audit;Thirdly,it is difficult to supervise the land expropriation and demolition;Fourthly,audit risk is high.This paper discusses the reasons for the audit of the economic and technological development zones in the local xiangtan city.Secondly,the audit skills need to be improved.Thirdly,the lack of institutional guarantee for the application of audit results.In this paper,the countermeasures to solve the current land acquisition and demolition audit dilemma are put forward.Firstly,the audit force should be enhanced.Secondly,upgrading the skills of auditors;Thirdly,we need to strengthen the application of audit results.Fourthly,we should strengthen the audit of the audit.The last part is the conclusion.With the development of our economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the whole process of land expropriation and demolition of land expropriation and compensation has been paid more and more attention.To solve the dilemma of land expropriation and demolition audit in our country,the government should always be people-oriented,taking into account the interests of the displaced.Meanwhile,the government should strengthen our own team building and explore and improve ourselves in practice.
