With the increasingly fierce competition in the world,the competition among enterprises is also increasing.In order to keep advantages,enterprises need to integrate human resources besides innovation in technology and management.What's more,as the core of human resource management,it is an important factor to determine the success or failure of an enterprise.The most fundamental purpose of enterprises to implement incentive system is to correctly induce employees' work motivation,so that they can realize their own value that is to achieve enterprise goals.At the same time,enterprises need to increase satisfaction,and continue to maintain enthusiasm and creativity.With the development of the reform of power system,the power station,as one of the power enterprises in TongLiao,not only faces the fierce competition,but also faces a lot of internal problems.The enthusiasm of employees is not high,and the phenomenon of employee turnover is serious,and their occupational well-being is low.The root cause of these problems is that the incentive mechanism of power station is unreasonable.Thus,one of the power station management problems is how to use scientific and effective incentive mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the staff.Therefore,the power station can be survival and development in the fierce competition,First of all,this paper expounds the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad as well as the related theory of incentive mechanism of staff in Tongliao ShengFa power station.Secondly,the starting point of this paper is to elaborate the power station's staff incentive mechanism present situation,the salary and welfare factors,work factors,power plant itself,pay enterprise atmosphere factors,humanistic care factors for personal growth and development,investigation of power station staff incentive mechanism satisfaction,to find out the mechanism of the existing problems.Then,because the existing incentive mechanism has obviously not adapted tothe needs of operation and development,and the existing incentive mechanism is optimized and perfected in view of the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of power station.Finally,a series of guarantee measures are put forward to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization of the incentive mechanism in power plants.So as to the companies will establish a scientific and efficient incentive mechanism,mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,improve staff work efficiency,further improve the level of human resource management,to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
