The historical disadvantages and sluggishness,the resistance of innovation etc.,become the obstacle when the enterprise keep pace with the times in the process of enterprise reform.How to implement to survive especially when the Chinese economy would likely suffer more,the industry is even more serious overcapacity,the enterprises suffer from their own difficulties and seem hard-wired for conflict become the main direction and practical problems in the present.In the change,due to the optimization space is smaller and smaller at the structural supply end cost,there is no doubt the innovation of marketing channel create value realization and the fastest effective,and it is the important way to support the development in a period of time.This paper based on the topic of studying fertilizer enterprise marketing strategy,to present the marketing channel research status at home and abroad,the current progress in research on Chinese agricultural materials market circulation channels.To analysis the development of phosphate industry in China and the world,the marketing model of chemical fertilizer at home and abroad and introduces a systematic review and analysis of the evolution process of the enterprise,to analysis and evaluation the target Wengfu group company for marketing channel of domestic chemical fertilizer market situation.This includes a lot of comprehensive system content of research analysis and evaluation in the industry for the first time.Especially it is in the background of the heavy marketing tactics and light marketing strategy,this paper puts forward the targeted,creativity,practicality,effectiveness and this is very significant for marketing strategy,the theoretical circle,industry,and many enterprises.Through the research we could recognize that the reform of fertilizer especially the phosphate fertilizer enterprises implement channel change,the key is a recruit to capital as the link,the core is the channel sink and flattening,implementation way is through various channels,there are six strategies: Products and business integration,products and agriculture integration,water and fertilizer integration,optimize thetarget market,efficient service and the product strategy,all these strategies are to coordinate,support and develop each other,combined the six strategies as a whole and figure out the auxiliary channels elements will significantly improve enterprise competitiveness and improve the ecological industry.
