With the globalization of competition in the era of network economy, e-comme rce has become the development platform and the enterprise’s survival way, has bro ught new opportunities for the development of Chinese enterprises, but in the dual c hannel supply chain of traditional channels and business channels coexist, channel c onflict has become the focus of attention problem, the marketing channel tactics of t he enterprise must carry out the necessary the appropriate adjustment, so that enterp rises can keep up with the development of society in the electronic commerce environ ment.In view of this, this thesis focuses on the ACER marketing channel strategy adj ustment, the use of large amounts of data and actual cases, draw lessons from the r elated theories and methods, research the e-commerce environment, using ACER i mplements at present marketing channel as the breakthrough point, introduced the c oncept of electronic commerce at present, analysis of SWOT and its operation the c haracteristics of electric business pattern; then analyzed deeply the electric mode, th e deep reality facing ACER marketing channels exist and the causes of problems, an d then analysis the business channel is how to occupy a dominant position, the curre nt problems and their stored in hidden danger, thus for these weaknesses, have a d efinite object in view to find the methods about how to solve the change of marketing channel of ACER company and the final realization of ACER strategy, marketing c hannels, to stabilize the survival and the development target. Finally, according to the latest development trend of recent economic development situation and direction o f electronic commerce, look to the future trend of channel development, finally dr aw the conclusion.This paper uses the methods of literature study, theoretical analysis and practic al study of the combination method and other research methods, discusses in detail t he business channel under the environment of e-commerce and its cause analysis of a dvantages and disadvantages, has an enormous impact on the traditional channels ca used by ACER business channel and distress, focuses on the existing problems thro ugh the electric business channel, in which to find the ACER marketing channel stra tegy for the transformation of key points and methods of.
