| Throughout the world,the competition for talents became increasingly violent.In order to meet enterprise’s long-term development strategy,the most important way is to occupy the advantage in this fierce competition of talents.Many enterprises attach great importance to strengthen their own talent pool,pay attention to the construction of talent team,in order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Management trainee program is a kind of way to cultivate talents and reserve talents,which is widely adopted by multinational enterprises and domestic enterprises.This paper takes the training process of production management trainee as the research subject.First of all,the article introduces the general process of management trainee program of BZ Company;then,the article analyzes the current training status of management trainee program through the questionnaires and interviews;to find out the exiting problems and the root cause of the problems;finally,it puts forward the plan to optimize the existing trainee training system.The purpose of this paper is to help BZ Company to optimize the management trainee program,so that the project can play its maximum effect.At the same time,it also provides reference for other company’s management trainee program. |
