In recent years,more and more companies have implemented management trainee projects,especially real estate companies.The main purpose of implementing the management trainee project is to help enterprises reserve talent resources for future development.The training of management trainees requires a lot of financial and material resources.However,the problems of the ineffective implementation of the management trainee project and high turnover rate have always plagued many enterprises,which are also urgent to be solved by Longhu Group.It’s a matter of last resort.This paper mainly focuses on the recruitment and training of management trainees in Longhu Group.Firstly,it introduces the relevant theories of recruitment and training of management trainees.Secondly,it analyses the current situation and existing problems of recruitment and training of management trainees in Longhu Group.The process of recruitment and training of management trainees in Longhu Group is also discussed.The main problems,such as the need to optimize the recruitment and retention system,low internal promotion rate and high turnover rate,are also addressed,and corresponding solutions are put forward to solve these problems.Thirdly,an optimization scheme is proposed to solve the problems existing in the recruitment and training process of management trainees in Longhu Group,so as to facilitate the management training of Longhu Group.The successful implementation of the training program will cultivate suitable talents for the company’s development.Finally,the safeguard measures are put forward to ensure the successful implementation of the optimized recruitment and training program for management trainees.Based on my personal experience in the real estate industry for many years,this paper optimizes the recruitment and training scheme of management trainees in Longhu Group by using field investigation,experience summary and comparative analysis,and on the basis of iceberg model and relevant theoretical methods of personnel training and recruitment.His company provides reference for the implementation of management trainee recruitment and training projects.
