In recent years,the labor cost has increased,the ascension of the user requirements for product quality,energy raises costs,etc.Companies are looking for effective cost reduction plan,especially the frequent Labourshortages in recent years,enterprises for automation is more and more intense,some forward-looking companies expand automation transformation of research.Hope with the help of the automation,high efficiency and consistency as a decline in the cost of enterprise,promote the quality of the products at the same time.This paper briefly introduces the background of the automatic transformation,expounding the importance of the automation transformation to the company,analyzing a series of benefits brought by the adoption of the automatic transformation.According to the theory of project management,the automation transformation project are discussed in detail.The company confirmed the project,implementing the detailed plan for the project,formulating the project management plan,controlling the project,ensuring the project successfully completed.The whole project will be effective related theoretical knowledge and business practice,the successful implementation of programming automation transformation project,it can not only reduce the number of artificial employment,reduce labor costs,but also can reduce the defect rate of products,improve product quality.In this case,it is important to use the automation to replace the manual.Manufacturing enterprises need to improve the level of automation.The theoretical knowledge of project management is required automatic planning of the project,effective monitoring of the process,and summarizing maintenance,to ensure the completion of the project.The automation transformation project management bring the double benefits for the company,reducing the cost of manpower and improving the quality of the products.Finally through the checking of the project,draw a series of conclusions and experience.Mainly embodied in three points: first,feasibility assessment is a prerequisite for the implementation of the project;secondly,the project organization structure is the basis for the successful implementation of the project;thirdly,the work breakdown structure is to ensure the implementation of the project;finally,therisk analysis of the project is to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.For the follow-up of the company to carry out the transformation of automation to provide practical experience,help companies quickly enter the era of full automation.
