Research On The Progress Management Of F Company Sandblast Automation Engineering

In the context of globalization,competition in the industrial field has become more fierce.In 2012,the United States launched the Industrial Internet;in 2013,France launched “New Industry France”;Germany launched “Industrial 4.0”;in 2014,Japan launched the Japanese Robot Strategy;in 2015,China launched “Made in China 2025".From the development of a large manufacturing country to an innovative power,China should pay full attention to the role of automation technology.It must take industrial automation technology as the l eading factor and combine information technology to realize the application of manufacturing.Thereby advance the "Made in China 2025" strategy.This paper mainly analyzes the progress problems of F company automation project to explore some common problems and characteristic problems in the progress management of this kind of automation engineering.Based on the actual situation of F company automation project,this paper analyzes the various factors affecting schedule management and the characteristics of schedule management in detail,and studies the progress control.In order to achieve the goal of schedule management,we first establish a sound schedule management organization with a clear division of tasks.Then complete the schedule and control.and the schedule plan design and schedule control design are carried out.In the process of making the schedule,the key point is to design the process,break down goals,estimate the time,and finally carry out the planning to ensure the completion of the sche dule.In terms of progress control,the scheme is mainly designed from five aspects: progress control process,progress control monitoring,progress comparison analysis,progress deviation analysis,and progress adjustment.In short,combined with the F company automation engineering,according to the analysis of the schedule and control process,this paper attempts to reveal the characteristics and laws of such project schedule management.The research results of this paper can provide reference and basis for the progress management of manufacturing enterprise automation engineering.
