Research On Mutual Direct Investment Between China And Thailand

It has been 40 years since China and Thailand established diplomatic relations in 1975.Economic and trade cooperation between the two countries has been fruitful.In order to better promote economic cooperation and political cooperation between the two countries,the two governments have introduced more direct economic cooperation in promoting the relevant legal provisions of the two countries.With more preferential policies China is Thailand’s largest trading partner,Thailand has also become China’s fourth-largest trade partner in ASEAN.With the continuous efforts of both China and Thailand,the two countries have become the largest trade partner of Thailand.The direct investment trade between the two countries will have an unprecedented broad prospect,which will directly promote the development of strategic cooperative partnership between the two countries,expanding the cooperation space between the two countries,and striving for the political,economic and cultural cooperation and development between the two countries.This paper uses literature collection,quantitative analysis,comparative research and other methods to combine the current international economic and trade trends to study the direct investment between Sino-Thailand and Sino-Thailand related issues,through a number of previous literature summarizes the requirements in line with the requirements of this paper.And then the author summed up the analysis and applied to this article to help complete the paper.The second part is the current situation of direct investment between China and Thailand.The third part is exploring the main problems of China’s direct investment in Thailand;the fourth part is about the problems of Thailand’s direct investment to China;the fifth part is the countermeasures to promote the mutual investment between China and Thailand.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect and summarize the problems through the analysis of the thesis.
