| China, Russia and Italy are Mongolia’s important import market.According to the expectation of ING International Trade Study, Developments in global trade:from1995to2017,99%of Mongolia’s export will be in China, Russia and Italy in2017. In recent years, China has also added the investment in Mongolia, and it takes the field of mineral as the main aim, although China also has quite rich natural resources. The energy efficiency is not high and consumption increased year by year in China, so China begins to import energy from many countries. However, the huge reserves of mineral resources in Mongolia have not been no largely explored. As Mongolia’s closest neighbor, China gets many benefits when it does business and investment with us. The biggest advandge is the high complement, so these two countries should take the win-win economic and trade cooperation to make fully use of the unique advantage. With China’s fast development, its direct investment in Mongolia scale has been enlarged in recent years. Chinese enterprises gain great benefits, however, with many frictional problems coming in the process, so it hindered the growing investment. In Mongolia, the investment environment is unstable, policy changes quickly, what’s more, many Chinese companies do seldom scientific and reasonable evaluation study to estimate the potential risk, at last, they suffered heavy loss, which demands Mongolia-China to find the solutions together to solve the problems and constantly optimize the bilateral economic and trade development. The paper is to study all the effects of investment between Chinese and Mongolia.To unify the statistical caliber and reduce the error, the data used in this paper mainly comes from the international statistical yearbook and the world bank, world development indicators (WDI), IMF, WTO, the Mongolian national bureau of statistics bulletin data, and the Chinese ministry of commerce statistics, etc. The paper tells the direct China’s investment history in Mongolia and main problems that both China ad Mongolia are facing. Through studying the main data, it evaluates the investment benefit in Mongolia, and also predicts that bilateral investment will bring the beneficial effects. Finally, it puts forward reasonable suggestions in order to provide quantitative basis for related research and decision-making. |
