Express service has been the fast-developing industry in the latest 30 years since 1980s,but in recent year,the profitable growth in Express industry may be slow,in result,Express companies have to find a new direction to achieve profitable growth.Company A is a market leader in Express industry,and it aims on the healthcare industry to gain more business and markets share for there is more needs on global transplantation when it comes to healthcare supply chains.This paper presents a review on how Company A realizes product innovation by identify the customers' need and crafts corresponding solutions to address those needs.And hopefully,can share some experiences and learning with the companies in the same condition,to help them to find new directions to develop its market share and win more business.In addition,this paper may give companies in healthcare have a clear view on its logistics,and give them some advice on how to set their business requirement and select more suitable solutions on logistics.In the first part of this paper,main introduce the background,Literature review and the main contents and study methods.In the second part,mainly focus on the development,tendencies of supply chain in Healthcare.In the third part,mainly focus on targeted customer's logistics process,by defining the logistics flow,find the flaw and problem,drill down to its root causes,laid the foundation for next chapter ?.The fourth part introduces the solutions providing by Company A,and show a case study on how company A win customer by its solution.Finally,we got the conclusion on that key factors in succeed in healthcare industry are those items,the first one is that to ensure customer peace of mind by offering stable,visible,time-defined delivery,strongly link supply chain solutions and business strategy.And the second one is creating agile supply chain to capture demand,such as offering innovation solutions on cold chain etc.,At last,help customer to align to rapidly changing markets by avoiding quality and compliance issue,which caused by regulators and Customs.
