Study On The Corporate Financial Business Development Stratagy Of FD Bank

With the deepening of reform and opening up,China's economy is witnessing a rapid development.Commercial banks play an increasingly important role in national economy.Especially,the city commercial bank as an emerging financial strength for national finance,keeping on the rapid development and becoming one of the most important financial strength to China's social economy development.FD Bank is the only province-level bank in one of southwest province of China.In 2007,FD bank completed reform and reorganization.After nearly ten years,the company's financial business continue to grow and develop.Also,FD bank made a big progress in the respect of asset index,debt index and Income index.However,because of the changes in the macroeconomic environment.Chinese government increase the effort of financial market supervision.With the situation of fierce competition in the banking sector,FD bank's financial business development company is facing a series of challenges,financial business development is also facing a series of problems and difficulties.In this paper,author use the financial business of FD bank as the research object.At first,this article summed up the theory of Commercial bank business development strategy.Then,analyzing the present situation of company financial business,summarizing the internal and external environment.On this basis,finding the problems in the respect of Business organization structure,Product service system,Human resources construction and evaluation incentive mechanism,company business examination and approval system and the ability of investment loan linkage construction.At last,this paper coming up the strategy of these problems.Including adjustment of component and structure,corporate customer strategy,corporate product strategy,human resource development strategy and so on.
